01. ordering & shipping
Delivery times depend on your location. We ship all orders from Ho Chi Minh City.
- Within Ho Chi Minh City – Most orders arrive the next day, and in some cases, even on the same day.
- Southern provinces – Expect delivery within 1-2 days.
- Central & Northern Vietnam – Delivery typically takes 3-5 days, depending on accessibility.
Orders placed before 14:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 may still be shipped the same day, but are more likely to be processed the next day.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If the order has not been processed yet, we can cancel it at no charge.
- If the order has not been processed yet, we can modify it, possibly at no additional cost, depending on the changes.
- If the order has already been processed and handed over to the shipping agent, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
02. Returns, exchanges and complaints
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect parcel?
Even though we carefully pack all orders, we cannot control the entire shipping process, and in rare cases, items may arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged parcel (e.g., a broken jar) that is unusable, we take full responsibility. We can either ship a replacement immediately or issue a full refund. All we require is a clear photo or video as proof of the issue. The same policy applies if you receive an incorrect product.
